With a healthy junior section of nearly 60 members, there is an active fixture
card in operation for the duration of the season. The turnout on Monday evenings
for the medal times can be up to 30 junior competitors. The Junior Section also
makes use of the nine-hole golf course at the Atholl Palace, for the younger
members of the club for experience and as a starting point for progressing players
up to the main golf course. A structured series of lessons have been organised
for the Junior Section of the club. On Tuesday evenings in the months of April,
June and August classes are pencilled in for all members of the section.
