All goods are subject to delivery postage costs.
Orders up to £4.99 - £3.50 postage costs
Orders between £5 and £9.99 - £4.50 postage costs
Orders between £10 and £19.99 - £5.50 postage costs
Orders over £20 - £6.50 postage costs
Refund / Cancellation Policy
If you wish to reject the goods owing to defects in the goods or owing to incomplete or incorrect delivery, and you return them we will refund you the purchase price of the goods or exchange them when we have received the returned good/s. We will also refund the carriage charges. If you are rejecting goods for reasons other than defects in the goods or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you are still entitled to a full refund within two months of receipt of the goods by you, but we will not refund to you the return recorded delivery costs. You must retain a copy of the recorded delivery receipt for your own purposes in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the good's by recorded delivery. You have a duty throughout the period prior to refund/cancellation to take reasonable care of the goods, if you do not and the goods are in an un-sellable condition, a restocking fee may be applied at our discretion'
